He Will Always Be Max Fischer To Me

Here is the new Wes Anderson short film Hotel Chevalier starring hottie Jason Schwartzman and Natalie Portman. She just makes me shrug. [edit: after watching this, I have to say that Ms. Portman is pretty charming in this role. Becca, you were right!]



This is supposed to be the first part to his new movie, The Darjeeling Limited. I wonder who I can convince to see this with me when it comes out this weekend. Anyways, my thoughts on the clip: what a precious little cinematic snippet. I wish I knew the context more, but I guess it doesn't really matter. I love Jason Schwartzman heaps and seeing him here just reaffirms my love for him. I will take this over--oh god, whats the awful movie he was in...oh yeah, Slackers!--any day of the week. Sigh. Long live Max Fischer!
