Here he is in 1967 with the Spencer Davis Group singing, "I'm a Man." This song holds personal significance to me because I remember dancing with Bunny to this jam at the Making Time when we met oh so many moons ago. I picked him out of the crowd and everything seemed to flow easily with us. I remember flashing him my smile and pulling him in with my tractor beam. It was fun and to think about it still makes me smile. Ho hum.

It's appropriate to hate Steve Winwood the solo artist, but Spencer Davis Group and Traffic were both pretty damn awesome. Much in the same way that Phil Collins is annoying, but Genesis is great.
